Domino's Pizza - horrible service

Ordered pizza online at 7pm on 7/15/2010. Site said delivery would be in 40 to 50 minutes. I called after an hour and was told my order "was out for delivery". It finally showed up 75+ minutes after I placed my order, but the driver did not have change for a $20 (the bill was just over $15). No way I was going to pay a $5 tip for this level of service, so I offered everything I had below the $20 which was only $12. Driver took the pizza away.

I called the store again. It took *forever* to get through this time. The manager on duty said "my driver tells me a different story and I believe him". Said the only thing he could do was to resubmit my order and they would redeliver it, but it would be another hour to 75 minutes. No apology for the late delivery, no apology for not being able to make change on the first delivery, no offer to accelerate the redelivery, no offer of any compensation (discount off of this order or even a coupon for discount on future order). In short, no acknowledgement of any issues on their part nor efforts to rectify it.

If this is the new Dominos, I want nothing to do with it.

I called in my order and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. So 20 minutes later I walked into Dominos and stood there for 20 more minutes before anyone asked how I could be helped. I am extremely ticked off that sorry ### people like this have a job and decsent people that work hard are getting laid off.

I ordered a Pizza and paid over the phone, it was taking to long, so I called to Domino's and the employee said they delivered but no one answered. We were all at the house waiting for the pizza and never heard anyone calling on the door. When I called, the employee had a really mean, bad attitude and said they were NOT delivering since they delivered already and were not going back. I stated I didn't heard anyone, but he said they were NOT delivering. I asked to cancell the payment since was already paid. I have beeing doing business with Domino's for years and this is a bitter really bad experience for my family and me. I will never ever order from Dominos again.

I watched the online pizza tracker to see when the pizza was ready. I got there. Of course, it was not ready. Then the guy burned the thin crust pizza (which is nothing like Pizza Hut's). Then I had to wait for him to make another pizza while my other pizza (ordered 2) was just sitting there. Then, after I begged for a lava cake (even it was horrible but can't complain about the freebie), he gave me all three pizzas (so I even went home with the burned one~ewww). The guy apologized for being so busy. I asked him if he could give my daughter an application, he said "We are not hiring right now because business is slow". Did I miss something? WOW?
