CVS

While I was speaking a mh customer service agent soon after I connected with a pharmacy customer agent, I heard a comment in the background so I think it was not the agent but another pharmacy employee make the following comment: "it's the weird guy"... I know my name was stated but timing of it surely made me feel it was gossiping in reference to me! Either way your company is a retail establishment that services the general population and think it is very wrong ethically for cvs employees to be making disparaging comments about cvs customer's where the individual is being gossiped about or any other cvs customer is present in person on on the phone to be able hear such negative disparaging comments!
