Timberland - No reason to cancel the order

I bought something on shop.timberland.com, but my order is canceled for no reason, the bank has authorized to them deduction, to Oh urging them to respond to orders, and deliver the goods.my order is9042463878 and [protected].
The following is email they to cancel the order:

We're not able to complete your order [protected] and must cancel it.
We're sorry for this inconvenience. You will not be charged for
unshipped item(s).
