Jack In The Box

Associate working the drive through took our order, her name was holly and claimed to be the manager. Upon ordering all of our food she told us that we were required to show ID for any order over 20$ which we have never been asked before at any jack in the box restaurants. Once we tried to pay with cash and other cards it became very clear that this manager named "hollly" was set on not letting us pay for our meal at all. We tried to call the store and ask for the manager which Holly answered the phone stating that she was the manager and continued to say "is there anything else" in a sarcastic tone after we began to discuss our discrepancies. We ended up giving a different fast food restaurant our business and will continue to do so for as long as we live in the area and will most definitely recommend our friends and family not to attend this jack in the box
