I purchased two pair of glasses and one came back four weeks later with the wrong perscription and the other pair I purchased is still missing, I also gave them my husbands glasses to add a non reflective glare and they have lost those pair. I need a refund and a pair of glasses they lost replaced. I have spoke to 5 people that work there and they keep giving me people to talk to. A total circle of bull. Messages have been left for managers and MIT in charge and still no return. I have corporate and no return message.
