Popeyes

I already complained once and there was no response. (Popeyes Guest Services Complaint 3828732)

We went to Popeyes on Los Aliso in Mission Viejo, CA on Tues the 11th. The posters on the windows facing the drive thru says 11 pieces for $16 but when we paid, they said they would only do 9 pieces. This was after we already waited in line for 35 min. and we'd still be stuck in the drive thru line even to get out. Order # 698 at 6:12 PM.
They said it was a corporate issue and not their issue, and there was nothing they could do about it.
It was just a kid at the window, and I don't think he understood why it would matter.
I don't understand why they could not remove the poster or at least honor it since it faces everyone, and they go through the menu.
