Went in this morning around 5:00am-5:30am to put gas and grab a coffee from this branch and noticed that the staff activated the wrong pump. I advised the staff and immediately started to cover things up as if was my fault. the staff advised me to call back and speak to a supervisor, witch i did call at 6:30am to ask for help. I spoke with the manager "Mell"
and surprisingly he was very disrespectful and threatening. all i wanted is to get my money back. i love going to 7/11 but today was a different expiriance for me. sad to say that this is NOT how you do customer service. Thank you for your time and have a blessed day.
