Starbucks - 45 minute wait in the drive thru

Today Thursday August 17,2023.
Went to Starbucks 1901 West Imperial Highway:
I waited 60 minutes in the drive thru line! Unacceptable !
"No Apology" Late From Lunch! I ordered Two HOT Grande Macchiato's with an Extra Shot !
Made hot forever sitting on the counter, handed to me cold !
I want a refund and $25
My hourly wage for 60 minutes, car idling. Rude!

Desired outcome: Send me my drink refund, Pay me $25. My hourly wage for sitting in that horrific drive thru for 60 minutes.
