We have moved into the VDCN apartment in September 2022. Since the first day we have observed problems with a/c and heater. Every time it took at least several days to fix a problem and no help was offered from the community administration (only once they gave us a fan so we could sleep at night). This time, July 23rd, our a/c stopped working again. We left a service request and technician appeared next day. After a few hours he took the batteries from a/c control panel and left to find a stepladder at around 4pm. After 4:30pm my wife asked at frontdesk when the technician should come. They answered that he had already left home. I also got an email that our work order is complete. Since a/c is still not working I consider this a customer fraud.
Desired outcome: I would like to get a response and, to my mind, this repetitive lack of service requires a reimbursement.
