I was locked out of 1200 on Juneteenth, with no notice of the building being closed or of being charged a surprise "after hours lock-out maintenance fee" until after I had received maintenance. I simply needed to be let inside of the building that I've never missed a payment for over 2 years to live in, and now I'm being surprised with an overpriced fee which I received zero prior notice of.
Claimed loss: I'm at risk of losing almost $100 after being charged a fee with no prior notice.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for this fee to be completely voided.
