Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

I had a bad experience getting my oil changed in Folsom, CA today. It was at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change Establishment. They advertise a 15 minute Oil Change, Approximately 50 minutes later I was able to leave. What a joke! That is only a small part of my complaint. The real issue is with the air filter they said I needed. The old one was shown to me and I gave them the ok for a new one. He added it to the charges for my oil change. I then watched him put the old one back in. At this point I challenged him about it. He didn't defend himself, except to say he will remove the charges for it. My reply to him was "You have to watch you guys like a hawk around here." Paid my bill and left. A few blocks down the road, I realized he didn't give me a copy of the invoice. After my experiences, I wasn't in the mood for going back and retrieving it.
