I called in today at 4:46pm may 26 I was put on hold and then someone picked up the phone and set it down and I could hear them and was saying hello for a half hour and I had my friend call while I was still on the phone and ask why are they going to ignore a call and they lady Rika answered the call and she said she seen the phone laying down and didnt know who put it there and just left it instead of just picking up the phone to see if I have been helped. All I wanted to do was order contact so I had her email my prescription because I am not going back there anymore and I have been going to that lenscrafters for over 5 years and they lost a loyal customer
