I purchased a car stereo from SonicElectronix however after I received it decided it was not a good fit for my vehicle. Returned everything in the original packages and was charged a 10 percent restocking fee even thought their website states that there is no restocking fee. When I questioned customer service about this, they claimed the wires were striped for installation which did not happen. Would not recommend this company or purchase from them again.
Sonic Electronix - The seller sent defective item and still hasn't changed it
My deal with the company www.sonicelectronix.com was terrible, because I received defective accessory and immediately contacted the seller. I received the response, where the seller told me that the new order could take up to 60 days. I waited these 60 days and didn’t get the order, but the seller simply stopped to reply to my emails. I need help, because I need my money back.
Sonic Electronix - I still haven't received money back, but seller didn't reply
I bought car audio system from the company www.sonicelectronix.com. I placed order and paid for it, but on the next day I got the email from the seller. He told me that my order was out of stock. I cancelled the order, and the seller promised money back within 3-5 days. It was big lie, ‘coz I haven’t received any money back, but this jerk stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process the refund, then 3-5 business days for the financial institution to make that balance available back onto your account.
