Fitness 19

I called fitness 19 and told them that I want to cancel my membership as my year is up in October. They told me that I would have to pay the membership for October if I wanted to cancel but I don’t understand why I have to pay October if I paid October when I signed up !? This is a scam and I don’t like it when we honor our commitment but fitness 19 didn’t/doesn’t

Please cancel my membership, I have moved to Napa Valley and no longer need the membership. My bank has also been closed and accounts charged will be returned.

I came to the Camarillo office to sign before my move, they said to login and cancel online.

Both are payed by my bank information, Both Marcos Calderon and I came together to cancel. I will not go back, so please cancel and I will use this email as confirmation of the cancellation to show the bank, since I did go on person to sign and cancel. Staff wanted to be done online. I went to the location back im August, Still got charged for September, and October plus an annual fee
