i shop at the Pavillions located at 1110 Alameda Avenue, Burbank, CA 91506. In the last few weeks the Handicap carts have not been properly charged. Therefore, I have had to get another electric cart halfway through my shopping. I have complained before, but so far nothing has been done. Currently, I shop at Pavilions Store 2214 located at 1110 Alameda Avenue, Burbank, CA 91506. I have noticed that some of the handicap carts are marked "out of order." This morning (7/24/2021), when I arrived to do my shopping (at 6:00 AM), one of the handicap carts was parked outside in the parking lot. I do not feel that should be allowed. I took it upon myself to drive the cart back into the store, since I have a handicap and need the use of it. I have a feeling that cart had been out there since the day or night before. That is totally uncalled for. Also, what is stopping somebody from driving up with a pick-up truck and taking it?
If the situation with those handicap carts does not improve, I will be forced to shop at another store where they take better care of their handicap carts.
Desired outcome: Improvement of the handicap carts - keep them in working order ALWAYS!
Pavilions - Lack of working handicap carts
I currently shop at you Pavilions Store #2214 located at 1110 Alameda Avenue, Burbank, CA 91506. I have a handicap so I rely on the use of an Electric Handicap Cart at that store. This morning, July 10, 2021, I was fortunate enough to find one that worked. However, there are two others that had "out of order" signs on them. I feel that store doesn't really take care of those carts properly. Also, when I was doing my shopping there was one particular aisle that was totally blocked with boxes of merchandise. It was the paper goods aisle, which I needed to get into. I couldn't even get down that aisle. Thankfully, someone was able to help me get the merchandise I needed from that aisle. I haven't seen the store manager there very often. Of course, I do go shopping early. I feel that the repair of those Electric Handicap Carts is extremely important. Also, keep those aisle clear so that customers can navigate them.
Desired outcome: Immediate repair of the Handicap Electric Carts.
