On 3/18/21 I rented a car from Avis online. The day we went in to pick up the car the worker behind the counter was ok until he couldn't find the keys to the car we were supposed to rent and he started yelling at the young co-worker in his foreign language in front of all the customers. The young man took us out to the car and we told him he was doing a good job and that was so uncalled-for. The car we rented was dirty inside and out. Looked like it hadn't been washed in days. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the car inside because of the COVID-19 virus we have. I had to wash the car myself when I got it home just so I wouldn't be driving a filthy car. This Avis dealer office is disorganized and a mess. I have never been to such an unprofessional business. They really need to clean their cars between rentals.
