I have been trying for over a week to redeem my points to my Pay Pal account and I get a message saying I need to verify my email address but i never receive an email verification to my emails. I tried changing my personal email to my work email and I receive that verification but when I try to redeem my rewards from the new email I still don't get the verification. There is some issue with the redemption part and I could really use the extra money for Christmas and this is very frustrating because I have been using Pay Pal forever with this company so I don't understand why they can't process my request to my pay pal since that is who I have been using for years. No one seems to care or is doing anything about this and there is no phone number to actually speak with anyone.
