Domino's Pizza

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and told will be done in 15 minutes. During the phone transaction nothing was said or expressed that we needed to call ahead or at the door to pick the order up nor was our card number taken to place the order. Upon arrival to the store 2-4 people waited outside for there own orders and as each one was greeted that the door they were exchanging credit cards at the door and the employee was asking random people what the ordered and checking. I patiently waited on hold and waiting outside watching all of this take place. Once the phone was answered I was asked for what order and then said there store policy was to take my card number by phone only, (as I watched many hand transactions take place) which in turn I responded with we are ok we will take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed and will have to find a new location or pizza company to use if this is what our neighborhood pizza place is going to be like. This will be the first time I will break my loyalty for dominos pizza, I am dissatisfied with this type of business
