I arrived at Walmart close to closing time, upon knowing this I rushed to gather my groceries. I do have a heart condition that leaves me short of breath when I rush to do something. When the announcement came on stating they were closing, I was already heading to the other side to get a can of air when I hear an emploee saying ma'am, ma'am the store is closed you need to go check out in which I replied I needed a can of air and was having trouble locating it and could she help me. She said NO your done shopping and you need to go check out so you can leave. I told I had been looking for this can of air and I really needed it. She rolled her eyes and said o"well you need to leave and proceeded to follow me all the way to the front registers and when I stopped for second due to shortness of breath she stopped and stood there looking at me impatiently. The second time I stopped for a second time she stopped and started shaking her head in a ride way and Said nothing while another employee asked me if I needed any help.
Desired outcome: Teach that employee some skills in customer service and to leave her rudeness and unprofessional crappy attitude home

Poor customer service rude employees. Have gotten bad meat and everything else there. Recently got a large har of Tostito’s salsa and when we opened it up had 3 or 4 crusty worm shaped things on top of salsa. I have never returned other bad items but this was the last straw with bad food items from there. I went to customer service with it and explained why i was there and the lady said without a receipt she could not help me. I did not want a refund just a good jar to replace it. So i left jar of bad salsa for her to deal with and that mad her even angrier. Sir i do not have a trash can she said and i walked away. Going to publix and winn dixie for now on screw Walmart.
