Navy Federal Credit Union [NFCU]

I stopped into a NFCU location a couple of weeks ago and filled out a form for PPP because I am a small business owner and am need help. I was handed a paperform - which I filled out and returned to the Associate who was very helpful. On 4/30 I received an electronic note asking for more information to upload. I don't have all of the information required because I just opened my business last fall and it started on 1/1/2020.

So, I called NFCU today (5/4/2020) and as of writing this compalaint, I have been on hold 5 hours, 29 minutes and 17 seconds. There is not an option to hang-up and have someone call you back. Now, I lost another day trying to make my business work because I have to stay on hold. This is not acceptable and I will be putting some notes on FaceBook now.
