Popeyes - Customer service, lazy manager (Sarah) dirty lobby, gross food

I was at Popeyes yesterday and it was awesome, great service, clean restaurant, Awesome! So, I took my son there today. We came in and the young man greeted us. Friendly, good service. He was running front counter and drive thru although there were other employees available. I got a three-piece meal, and he got a nugget meal. We were called to the counter to get it. My son got drinks and there were no lids for the medium drinks. A sign saying, "for medium drinks, turn the large lid upside down." There was a woman in managers clothes in the lobby (Sarah). She stayed mainly in the corner by the drink machine occasionally looking out to see around her, but never making any effort to interact with the customers nor other employees. Not to greet, offer assistance, ask if they needed help on front line. The food smelled great. My son's meal was perfect, and he loved it. I got a crushed leg that was dark and gross inside, with shards of bone in the meat. I took that part off and ate the rest, then the wing was actually missing a third of the wing. there is the pointy tip, the mid-section and the (missing) drumstick portion. The whole time we ate, Sarah (lazy manager) wandered the lobby. She looked right at a ranch cup dropped by the garbage can no less than five times without picking it up. She eventually "washed" tables, leaving food on them. The floor, although filthy, was not swept. I picked up the ranch container and a dirty napkin she left on the floor. I asked a girl on front line what the managers name was, and she told me. I said, "I want her job, if she gets and lazier, she will be sleeping in the lobby." The girl demanded to know why I said that. I asked if she was management, she obviously was not. She said if I was going to make a rude comment, she had a right to know why. She didn't, none of her business, just rude and nosey. I told her anyhow. As I told the rude girl at the counter, Sarah came in form the lobby, still dirty tables, unswept floor and I picked up the garbage. There was another manager there so what was Sarahs purpose there? Shes running up your payroll without adding any value to anyone's experience. And the rude counter girl had no reason to demand any answers from me. She is not management and was incredibly rude to your customer. Watch your cameras. they will show it all.

Claimed loss: Your loss. A previously happy customer. I didn't know I could add photos, or I would have taken some.

Desired outcome: Sarah needs a job more to her activity level (couch potato) and rude girl is not management and has no right to demand anything from the customers. And obviously, if the food is gross looking, don't serve it.
