Sent my laptop in for repair on Feb 20th, I just received it back Mar 10th.
My ASUS ROG gaming laptop had 3 problems. The battery lasted 20 min on a 75% charge. The screen flickers black periodically. The RGB keyboard had a diode that was out.
I was told upon picking the laptop up after it being gone for 20 days that the motherboard, battery, and keyboard were all replaced.
I take the laptop home, turn it on and the exact same diode on the keyboard was out.
Minor detail I know, but the told me the keyboard had been replaced.
This is not the first time this has happened to me either. My last laptop I had to have sent out to be repaired twice because they didn't replace the motherboard like they were supposed to.
I like Best Buy. I am an elite member. But customer service like this makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement of laptop. I do not want to be without it for another 4 weeks in hope that it will be fixed.
