McDonald's

It was 3:45 pm decided to take my 7 year old and my older brother to have an ice cream at the McDonald's at 9950 W McDowell Avondale Az. Proceed to the kiosk ro place thw order was purchasing 2.99 cent cone and a lg Mocha Frappe then I had the cashier tell me that I did not pay and I replied here is my receipt he looked and said it was the Mocha Frappe I did not pay for and replied its on the top of the receipt its 4.19 he replied that it was not payed for I asked the the manager and she was the one making the accusations she replied you need to pay for the other ice cream I showed her the receipt she pointed replied pay me for the other Ice Cream I let her know I had gave her a 20 dlrs and my change was 13.19 she demanded my purchase back if I did not pay the balance I replied discussed with the service at that point and demanded my money back which she did and I returned her desert. I have never been treated iin such a hateful way. My receipt number was 23 and the ticket to the cashier was 42 or 43.
