The worst experience ever, I've had a car through Car World for three years and actually paid my last payment today. It's been good since about five months ago when they said they were going to raise my payments since I'm almost to the end. Let me say this first I never knew my car was leased and they do not make it known when you get the car it's leased. Yesterday I emailed them and asked if my last payment was due and it was supposed to be $624. She told me it was $922 because my insurance dropped to liability 2 months ago which is false. I called my insurance and my policy has never changed. I had to pay an extra $300 which I really didn't have, if you didn’t know when you were leasing a car from them you have to pay to get the title which is $2,000. Which they also don’t tell you when you're getting the car. They are super unprofessional and rude, especially my case manager Candice. I do not recommend getting a car from them. When signing the paperwork I would check and read everything. I've asked for the paperwork I signed when I got the car and they will not send it.
Also if you look up reviews about this place it says its horrible, and the same thing that happened to me has happened to others.

Desired outcome: Residual paid or my $300 i will continue to let people know how awful this place is.
