I started my membership at Planet Fitness in the summer of 2021, finally school came and was ready to cancel my membership. I have tried numerous times to cancel my membership via several methods but your system refused me and makes it nearly impossible to cancel. I even stopped using the debit card that was used for the membership but you continued to charge my card, sucking out all of the money I had and kept charging despite my efforts to cancel. Now I have a debt of $173 dollars which is completely unjustified and just plain robbery. My only desire is to depute this debt and cancel my membership.
