On 2/24/19 I called this location (501-565-1672) for a delivery order. Whoever the woman was that answered was rude & very disrespectful and no customer should be talked to the way that I was! I called at 12:37p (46 seconds)- was placed on hold then hung up on, 12:38p (8 seconds)- was hung up on, 12:46p (36 seconds)- never answered, 12:47p (1 minute)- was disrespected, 12:49p (44 seconds)- never answered, 12:49p (14 seconds)- was hung up on... For my first experience of trying to place a delivery order, I was very & highly upset! All because my son wanted pizza and you all were the only ones that delivered in our area. I didn't get the lady name, but for her to pick up the phone on that 1 minute call and say "I don't know why I gotta take your order, cut these pizzas and take these customers orders in front of me! I'm here by myself we have a number you call, you don't call us!" was flat our rude and clearly need to find another job! Is that how she talk to the district manager? Or someone from corporate? Then I still had to pay full price. My pizza was delivered an hour later and not the 30 minutes as promised. And the [censored] was cold! That was the worst $20 spent! It's sad the area is already labeled "ghetto" and with workers like that, it will continue to be ghetto! I'm a single parent that tries my hardest for my son! I was scared to even place the order under my #, afraid the rude [censored] woman was going to do something to my food so instead I placed it under my son #. The order was placed at 1:08pm and we did not receive our food until 2:03 pm. I even had to call 2x to check the status of our order. A refund or a repeated free order of what we had would be nice. But I will never order from there again! So much for being new to the area.
