Coast To Coast Carports

I ordered a shed on [protected], delivery was promised within 5 weeks. Months later and with numerous tries, still no shed. I could not get a delivery date and was repeatedly told they are waiting on materials. I finally gave up and cancelled the order in February 2024. I was told I would not get my deposit back. Yes, the contract said deposits are non-refundable, which is fine assuming you actually get the shed in a reasonable timeframe. 8 months is too long and a lawsuit filed by the Arkansas AG against them in December 2023 agrees with me.

I ordered a 30x40 garage in September of 2020. It is now January of 2022 and I have yet to receive the building. I have called numerous times to try and find out where it is and when it will be delivered and every time I get a different story and a run around. I was told I would have it before the first snow in 2020, that obviously didn't happen. I have been yelled at by their employees when questioning how much longer it will be, I have been placed on hold for up to an hour at a time, I'm assuming in hopes I would hang up, and I have been repeatedly told the best they can do is notify the shipping department of the issue and I will be scheduled as soon as possible. They have had my money for almost a year and a half with no product delivered. With inflation there's no way I could cancel and get another building for the same price so here I sit. They have refused to offer any sort of discount for my wait. I have asked if I could pick up the building and install it myself. Once I was told no and once I was told yes, but I'd still have to wait until they call me to schedule so I wouldn't get it any sooner and they wouldn't give any discount for my doing that even though it'd save them money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered the garage 7 months ago (Sept. 3rd 2020), have called and emailed over and over to receive any information, have not had any response back. There is no communication within this company. When I ordered the garage they said it would be about 8 to 10 weeks, it has been 7 months and I can't even get a response from the company after calling and emailing several times.

I ordered a carport on September 11 2020, the gentleman I ordered it from said it would be 6 weeks for delivery. I tried calling them multiple times and no one ever called back. On February 8th a customer service rep finally contacted me and told me it would be at least 5 more weeks and I asked for a refund and for her to cancel my order as I lost confidence in the fulfilling my order. She told me she would put in for a refund and I have been trying to call them every day to check status on my refund as I don't know why they would keep my money for no reason or effort on their part.

We ordered a 18x24 three sided hay shed in August of 2018, dealer took 652.00 from us, would not give my husband a copy of the contract, so my husband took a picture of part of it, 90 days went by, no shed, my husband started calling their Dealer, Ida Gordon, and she was no help, we told her we wanted to cancel, her son though, sent a text to my husband telling him he would kick his *** and my husband was apathetic POS for wanting some results in this matter, and she said she didn't have the money, we would have to wait..We tried to contact her many times, she avoided us. we contacted Tiffany at Coast to Coast, , and agreed to put the shed off till Spring, because of the amount of snow we get here in Craig, Co. Spring came, still no shed, we of course got the run around, lied to, then we got a call saying they could deliver the shed, but we would need a reach lift because out shed was 14 foot high..the dealer failed to ever tell us this, and we could not locate one, and neither could Tiffany...so we lowered our shed height to 12 foot, Tiffany said she would call us with a delivery date..this was late June, we never heard from them again...we canceled our order on July 9th, and requested our deposit back, we got no response from the dealer, so we filed a small claims court case after finding out that there were at least 8 more people in our area that were getting the same run around, and were out their deposits, and no shed, another party filed also, we went to court on the same day, the dealer tried to say she was owed that money for her services, she tried to say we were not patient enough, she had a whole bunch of lies...the judge ruled in our favor, and the other parties favor...when she came out of the court room, we asked her how she would like to settle up, she said she is nit paying us, and called my husband a pathetic pos...Never do business with Coast to Coast, and their Dealers are..they are liars and thieves, they have stolen millions from customers, and its sad there is so many hard working people out there that have been scammed######$#UPDATE...The judge reversed her decision in both cases, and said that the company is responsible for our refund of the down payment, and she told Ida Gordon, that she needs to contact the company to get us our deposits, which we are certain..will never happen. I purchased my 30x40 building from Coast to Coast. I gave them a deposit plus paid for the engineered plans to submit to the county for a permint. They said when I was ready to contact them and I would have a buildling in 3 to 5 days. I contacted them with the date my concrete was getting poured, they said let us know when its acutally poured. I let them knw when it was actually poured and all they keep telling me is we'll let you know next week. I've now heard that for 5 weeks with still no ETA. What a joke of a company. Who knows if i'll ever get my building

Waiting to have our carport put up. Contract dated aug 31 2018 today jan 11 2019. We were told we would have it by oct.3, we had a small carport and wanted a 2 car and walk way covered so in the winter time we would'nt have to shovel snow. We are two older ladies an are unable to shovel snow. We paid c to c. $531. Down payment no carport. They never get back to me when they say they will. We would like our money back, because I don't think they will ever put up our carport. We most go somewhere else. Very up setting companys will do that. Bad company. They broke their contract many weeks ago.
