I made an appt one week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for an hour and they never took my car back so I left. Terrible customer service! I told them I had a appt at 9:00 and it had been an hour and they said they would get to it when they could. What is the point of making an appt if they aren't going to go by it. Won't be coming back and we have been with them since they were tire engineers and since mavis bought them they have been terrible!
