My husband and I went to the Government Street location on 7/15 to get an alignment and was told they would be able to do it. We waited for at least two hours and I was told that they did not have the tech there anymore and would not be able to do it today. We left disappointed however was so that if we came back we would get the service free of charge. We went back the following morning on 7/16 to the Government Street location and was told that they would be able to get to it today either. We asked them to contact the other locations in the area and was told that we could go to Theodore location to have the service completed. We proceeded to the Theodore location. When we arrived we were told that we would have approximately an 1-2 hour wait to get the service completed. We also explained that the other location was going to give us the service and the manager at this location got very nasty and rude and he said he would not honor that and if we wanted the service for free we would have to return to the Government Street location. Even with the inconveniences the business already caused, we had decided we were fine with the wait and with paying for the alignment and decided to wait for the service. After waiting two hours our vehicle had yet to be pulled to the back to begin servicing. My husband went to ask why our vehicle wasn't brought back yet begin the alignment and the manager stated "You see what we have going on right now." We immediately grabbed our items and left without receiving the service and without staff providing any compensation for the two days of inconvenience. We live out of town and had to stay an extra day just to get the alignment service we were never able to ACTUALLY receive before putting extreme miles on brand new tires. This was a complete waste of time. I usually get great service when this place was Trax Tires. Customer should not be given unrealistic service times or unrealistic service expectations. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
