Lowe's - Service at Prattville AL Lowes

On 10/16/2023, I placed an online curbside pickup order. Order#[protected] for paints and Beadboard. I received a message at 2:41 P.M. stating the order was ready for pickup. I get to the store around 6:30, park where the sign shows on #4 use my email to show I am there for the curbside pickup. I wait for around 20 minutes nobody comes out. I go in the store and they customer service is horrible, and they state that the order is only partially up there, and they are short staffed and did not see I was outside waiting. I asked why the email was sent if the order was not ready, the associate states in a mean tone, I don't know I didn't do it" I ask to speak to a manger. he states they are short staff, and he does not know why it was not seen I was waiting outside for pickup or why the order is not ready. He said he cannot help they are short staffed. They give us the paint to carry out ourselves on curbside pickup and tell us to pull to loading for the Beadboad. They finally bring out the beadboard and leave for us to load ourselves on curbside pickup. This is terrible customer service, and the staff was unfriendly. They short staff excuse can only go so far. You don't have a right to be rude to customers. Do you want customer business or not? They acted as if the customer are a bother and they just want to stand up in customer in service and talk to each other.
