Waffle House

My wife and I were robbed at gun point gun to our heads while eating breakfast all on your video. We have been eating here every morning for 4 years every morning that's on your video as well . The robber has not been caught to my Knowledge or if he has I've not been notified of such . Waffle House has not said anything to us about the robbery, like we are sorry that this happened your meal is on us, or is there something we can do are y'all ok . We continue to come after that happened. Then we get a waitress that refused to wait on us . We always tip more than we should 10 to 15 dollars never less than 10 even if service. Was bad .point being here we been loyal customers for four years not missing many days in that time . After being robbed gun to me and my wife heads, after being refused service by a waitress, after roaches Upon roaches crawling all over this Facility it's really Infested, but we as loyal as we are continue to come . And yet again we were refused service by the same waitress that did it prior, so that has happened with her about five times this morning was the breaking point for me that's why I'm writing this complaint. We have been so loyal and to be treated like this is Ridiculous

I see where this is going ! No where fast guess it’s my fault she had a lesbian relations with the manager and my fault she sleeps I her car while on the clock and smokes pot at the back door ! Guess I’ll just post this online and maybe I can get some help with all my problems . Guess your videos at the business are useless!
