Morning, I reported an incident on the 12 Dec 19, at approximetly 9:30 pm and no one has contact me concerning the incident. The waitress and manger on duty was very wrong for not giving me service and calling the police on a customer for no reason. I came in the store that night and the waitress yelled across the room is this order for here or to go. I stated for here and ask could she come over and take my orer, she replied no because she's doing her tickets. I ask to speak with someone in charge. Jason stated he was the mangers on duty and I explain what happen and all of a sudden she came up to him telling him she have'nt done anything. I explain to him she's not going to be yelling at me and he stated I'm going to call the police. Why did he call the police on me. I was doing anything wrong or yelling, nor raising my voice. This is very important to me because I never been treated this way at this Waffle House that I visit often. This employee does'nt belong in this place of business along with this manager on duty.
