After making a big to go order, I noticed that the cook was making several unsanitary movements like scratching her face with her hands, wiping off the cooks board using her hands, scratching her head, I then told her to stop making my order and asked for the General Manager. After speaking to a very uncaring General Manager that gave no satisfaction at all, I asked for the name and phone number of her District Manager. The General Manager stated the District Manager was in the restaurant and in the office. I then asked to speak to the District Manager in person, After waiting 6 minutes (I counted), the District Manager emerged out of the office with an attitude and did not introduce herself. I asked the District Manager if she would like to take the time to hear my complaint and she said that she only had a few minutes to spare. I then told the District Manager (Lisa) about the unsanitary conditions I witnesses as the cook prepared my food and Lisa said she would check into it and totally failed to apologize and walked away. As a CEO of a business, I was totally amazed at the unprofessional attitude of Lisa and I then vowed to never eat at that same Waffle House again. I returned to my office and called Waffle House Corporate Office and made a complaint. I was assured that someone would contact me after a follow up was done. Two months later, no one from Waffle House Corporate Headquarters ever contacted me in regards to my complaint. I plan on contacting the CEO of Waffle House and make another complaint and assure him that I will be notifying everyone I know, not to eat at the unsanitary Waffle House.
