View all 128 complaintsAmerican Freight - Filed a claim to replace a bed frame. Claim was approved but I am unsuccessful in reaching anyone who can help with replacement.
I called the number that was listed in the email that stated that my claim had been approved. Upon calling, the person at the store explained that he was new and was unable to assist me. I asked if there was anyone else who was there who could help me and he answered no and for me to call back another time. Next time I call he says the he would need the “Regional Manager” and that he is not there and I would he need to call back when he was there. I received this email in late October and it is now the first week of December and I still do not have my replacement. It is the same scenario each time I call and I do not receive any service. In my latest attempt, the same gentleman at the store said that the Regional Manager travels to different stores and has a lot on his plate and perhaps he had forgotten to call me back. I call periodically, maybe once a week and each time I don’t get any help.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my bed frame replaced.
