On March 6, 2023 I purchased mulch and a rake online using a gift card. I checked my order status and it said it had been picked up. I called store 1799 and explained that it had not been picked up. It was confirmed with the employee in the garden department that it had not been picked up. I then proceeded to return the merchandise which I did not receive. I was told the return was being worked on and I didn't need to be at the store. I have not received a refund in any form at all. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount of the purchase that I never received. My original order number was [protected]. Desired outcome: I would like this to be resolved with the refund that I am owed.
