9/30/2023 Approximately 11am, Albertville, Alabama. I had a misunderstanding with a sale item, and I was trying to explain to the Customer Service person, Andrea, how it could be prevented. She rudely cut me off and became irate. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such loathsome disdain. I decided to return all my items for a full refund on the spot. As much as I enjoy your store, as long as this hateful, condescending person works there, I will not return. Kudos to the other employees who were very kind and professional.
