Food City review: Center st food city 04/23/22 ( 1 comment)

I did something today that I have never done! And I will never go back in this store. My family has shopped food city for as Long as I can remember. I shopped the piggy wiggly in Bristol for years before you changed the name. I have told my wife for the last 6 months that I am done with the store on center st. You can never find an employee if you need help. Today you had one lane open with 7 people in line to be checked out and the cashier was the only employee in the front of the store. I got mad and went to self checkout which is a rip off anyway! And 3 registers were not working. So I left my water and drinks sitting in a buggy in front of the store. What has happened to your customer service? Its not present anymore. And I have had enough of the Walmart mentality in Food City now. I will just find someplace else to shop. You might not miss me but there are lots if people who think like I do and if they stop shopping your store maybe you will get it.
