I walk in they were pretty busy I put in my order at the kiosk and started waiting at about the 50 min mark I started seeing people that came in after me getting their food so I walked to the front and asked a girl about my order and she said that she didn’t see our order in the system she said she would try to figure it out but they were short staffed I asked to talk to a manager she said I couldn’t because they were busy on the line and to pretty much ch just accept that I’m not getting anything so that’s when I demanded a manager the girl walked to the beck and eventually clocked out and left, and then another young girl started talking to me, and she went back and talk to a manager, got a pass code to refund my money, and this whole time. No manager came out to talk to me, which was very unprofessional, and they were not doing their job all together it was about an hour and a half and I never did get any food and I barely got a refund. Needless to say I will never be back at that Taco Bell ever again and I will be telling it to everybody I run into.
