Quest Diagnostics

My husband had a drug test done for a new job. After returning home (an hour away) he was unable to find his driver's license. I have called every published number for the office and have been completely unable to talk to a person. I am directed through endless automated menus and never reach a person. Once it said it was going to connect me to a person and after saying "This call may be recorded" it hung up on me. I have pressed "0, " tried all the department options, tried punching random keys, etc. and am only ever sent to automated systems for whatever option it is. I found a secondary phone number published online and it rang and then made modem sounds. I tried the "email us" option online and all I get is an error page. It should not be this difficult to talk to the front desk at an office. It is infuriating. This should have taken 2 minutes total.

Also, their schedule is ridiculous. They are open from 9-11:30am and 1-3pm.
