Enjoyed my experience so far with this company. From helping to file a claim to walking me through the entire process. Chase with His and Her Roofing has repeatedly reached out to me giving updates and answering questions. The install went smoothly without any issues and I love how my new roof looks. Thank you.

It took just 3 days to strip off the old shingles and complete the new roof and when the county inspector finished his inspection. I asked him what he personally thought of the job and he said it was one of the best installations he has ever inspected. That made me feel very happy and I would recommend His and Hers Roofing to all my friends and neighbors.

There was an issue with the company receiving the check from the insurance company. They were unable to start on the schedule date. Shelley stepped in once I contacted the office and everything was smooth from that point forward. She kept in contact until the project was completed. I highly recommend them and would only use them if I needed a roofing company.

Everyone that works for His And Hers Roofing was very professional at all times and they did an awesome job of putting on our new roof! They helped with insurance company, solar panel for pool installer and anything else that needed taken care of. I didn't have to do anything but contact them and they took care of it for me. His and Hers roofing knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. We got a great quality roof quickly and they were easy to work with. They lie and use shady third parties to swindle you our of your money and trap you in desperate situations. They came to my house and said I had hail damage to my home and that they could put in a claim for me that would not cost me anything. If the claim went through they would get the contract and otherwise they would eat the cost. They forced me into working with their shady third party company that was completely unresponsive and unable to even schedule inspections. After 6 months my claim has been denied twice, and now my options are either to sue the insurance company or pay them 2k. The experience was the worst I have had since buying my house and would recommend avoiding them.

His and Hers Roofing installed my new roof. Ryan was my first contact and he made a good impression. I checked them out at the ComplaintsBoard.com and found a good rating for their company. Ryan was consistent and followed through on his word. Cassie was my point of contact who provided great customer service with regular updates. Once the installers arrived, the install was done quickly. The only issue was I had to ask the crew to cover up the AC unit while they removed the roof. They took care of it immediately. The crew worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. The His and Hers team handled all the insurance matters. The roof looks great and the install was handled very professionally. I highly recommend His and Hers Roofing!

I had a great experience with His and Hers. I had hail damage from a storm in April . His and Hers examined my roof and confirmed the damage, and filed the claim with my insurance. It was denied (of course). His and Hers worked the entire appeals process including hiring an attorney on my behalf; I hardly had to lift a finger. Eventually the appeal was accepted and a year later my roof finally replaced. Shelly was always so friendly on the phone, always providing ongoing status and checking with me along the way to ensure I was not having any leak issues while the appeals process was worked. The team that replaced the roof did a great job and cleaned up after themselves very well - better than I have experienced in the past with other roofing companies. Highly recommend.

It has been almost a year since I got talked into the contract with this company, as they said they will work with Insurance and get the roof replaced. My elderly parents live in this house, and to make it easier on them, I decided to sign the contract. Given that it has been so long since I entered into this contract, I am running out of time and this is causing additional penalties to me: 1) HOA is on my case 2) My insurance just sent me a renewal which raises my premium from aprox $2,500 to aprox $10,000. every time I call I get the answer call the insurance company, Insurance company told me that this company has a law office filing litigation, I called the law office and they said they cannot tell me anything as H&H is their client and not I. I am not sure how I can get out of this mess!

A rep from His and Hers Roofing knocked on my door in Dec 2020 and explained that they work with insurance companies to pay for a new roof to homes with weather damage. I gave the rep permission to go onto my roof to take pictures. He believed that my home had roof damage from a previous hail storm in May. We then proceed to open a claim with my insurance co. I was told several times I was under no obligation and that if the inspector found roof damage and the ins co would pay for the roof His and Hers Roofing would appreciate it if they could be our roofing co to put a new roof onto our house. Inspector arrives the following week and submits a report to the ins co, Insurance co calls me the following week with the good news that they would indeed be paying for a new roof to my home and the check in the amount of the estimated cost of the roof was made out to myself and His and Hers Roofing because they had a copy of a signed contract in their hands. I proceeded to tell my ins co that we in no way signed any contract with His and Hers Roofing and after receiving a copy of said signed contract we find that my husband's name had been fraudulently signed onto the roofing contract. My ins co contacted His and Hers Roofing to speak to the manager who tells my ins co they would cancel the contract. I was then informed the only way they would cancel the roofing contract was to pay a 20% fee to His and Hers Roofing as per their contract. We informed His and Hers Roofing that they illegally signed my husband's name onto their contract and that I would be contacting my attorney and file a police report on this matter. His and Hers Roofing did in fact cancel the roofing contract.
