Urbanex review: Urbanex Pest Control service in McKinney, TX

I have received services in the Tricon/Trinity Falls subdivision since March of 2026. After several treatments, I noticed that my husband I saw spiders above our shower, in garage, and huge Black Widow when we open our front door. My husband had to use our own products to take care of this matter. As a result, when I called to cancel on September 15th of 2026, they were rude and charged me $150 cancellation fee and a fee for another service that they did not provide. The last treatment was in July, and they charged me for August and September. I called to complain and waited for a manager to call me back for a refund. No one ever called and/or refunded my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs Pest Control service.
