Uphold review: Account

OMG how is this company getting away with what it is doing? You put your money in an account and just make sure you have kissed it goodbye first because you probably will never see it again. They have several ways in which they will keep your money and some people have tried for years to get their money back. Right no w my account is stuck on verifying my ID so I can get in my account. I have no recourse. No way to get someone at the company to help. Not that they are helpful with the automated responses that don't even fir the problem you are seeking to resolve. Some people need to go to prison and I hope they do for what they have put people through. This is FRAUD! Someone please go after them!
