Woke up this morning with a bank notification saying "We held a debit from Credit Value because of insufficient funds". Glad my [censored] is broke right now. I applied for a payday loan a week prior, but NOT with this company. I went through all my emails to confirm I didn't. I then let my bank know about this and then came across this website, where I see other have same issue. So I'm going to assume they have another website that they get people to apply on, get their info and the denied and take money anyway through their other site.

. Accidentally clicked on them as they appeared as an ad on *** and looked similar to the legit site I was attempting to reach. Luckily I noticed but not until I already sent my info. Im on the phone with my bank now and reporting here as well so they hopefully get shut down or at least others have a chance to be warned. I really hope someone takes this site down soon, Ill be reporting it wherever Im able to.

They *** people, they said there was agreement document which is a complete lie. I never signed anything, i apply because I thought it was for a loan. I received an email to book an appointment with an advisor. The advisor never called me, they still charged me for service Ive never received. Ive cancelled everything but still fear they will continue taking money, i saw many people that got money taken from their account every day. This company

I wish I could leave ZERO stars for this business. I applied for a loan, was denied and a week ago I noticed $18.99 being taken from my account WEEKLY for the last couple weeks and couldnt figure out what the heck it was from. Figured out this website CREDIT VALUE has been withdrawing money despite me never agreeing to this nor are they providing me any type or service or any emails or communication stating I agreed to this.,. UNREAL. I want my money back.

This company is a ***. I have received absolutely no product or services from them, yet they keep attempting to withdraw 18.99 from my bank account without my authorization. Within the last two months alone they have attempted this 8 different times. I have no ide how they got my banking information, or why they think they are entitled to my money, but I would very much like it to stop. I'm a minimum wage worker. I barely make enough to get by and this is genuinely making my life difficult.

I had not agreed to have this weekly amount taken out. I have read the other reviews and they seem to not care about there predatorial practices. They won't refund my money they just laugh and walk away. I don't even know what I am paying for with the 18.99. They are a *** and they don't care about you but rather wanna hurt you financially. There is 100s of others that have gone through the same. I think bringing legal help into this company would be best idea before they steal from everyone else.

I applied online for a small payday loan. I got an email saying it was approved. Then they took out $18.99 from my bank account. I emailed them right away and they said it was for a credit program - that is NOT what I applied for and was not what I agreed to. I asked for a refund of the 18.99. Still no answer back. I am a widow and small business person from home and every cent matters and no I cannot afford 18.99 coming out of my account. Complaintsboard.com please help with this. Businesses are gouging everywhere online!

Credit value also charged me $18.99 every Friday from July 30th- June 17 2022. I feel Ive been ripped off! I have stopped payment from my bank and trying to file a dispute. I have tried calling this company and have emailed them. I have lost about 900 dollars from making these payments. I demand a refund. I wish I had done research on this sooner or stopped payment sooner. I never authorized this amount to be taken out my account. I have searched emails to confirm and have found zero records of this. 100% a ***! I hope something can be done about this.

Filled out an application online, including banking information. *** had no contact from the company for follow up, today I recieved a charge of $18.99 that shows as "Credit Value" listed under Banking services and fees. This unexpected charge made my vehicle payment bounce, which included *** fees on my end and my loan company.I emailed their info email listed on their site, as all I've done is filled out an application, I'm not aware of any services offered to me directly because I've not spoken to anyone from Credit Value. As of yet, have not recieved a reply.

This is a fraud company that needs to be taken down, Ive read all the reviews on here and Im in the exact same position, I never signed up to them, they sent me no proof , I applied for a loan and now taking *** out of my account every Friday , and they said they cant refund the first withdrawal but I was cancelled and then they took the money again saying Im not in the system and wanted screen shots from my bank , as a victim of scams and identify theft before I can assure you credit value is a *** that the rcmp in conjunction with other federal units need to take down immediately

I wanted to apply for a loan and i over came this scam company online and i filled out my information as i had applied to other payday loans and yes i put in my account information because payday loans need this info. Once i put it in i get a call from them THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYDAY LOANS. They tricked me and now they been charging me every week. He did ask me he can help me fix my credit if i agree to pay an amount i said NO i am looking for a payday loan NOT LOOKING TO GIVE MONEY AND I hung up and they still went ahead and take money out of my account. I AM FILING A LAW SUIT i did not give authorization

I thought this was a loan company and one that would help build my credit. I was under the impression when signing up the charges withdrawn out of my account I was agreeing to would be for a loan that was to be offered. I was however charged 2 payments of $18.99 and no services was performed nor did I get an email or a phone call informing me of any service or loan. I called and nothing was performed as to date. I am calling my bank to block this companies withdrawals and wrote them to cancel my account. This is more like a *** company and very unprofessional and sly in gaining money off of people. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

Ive been trying to get Credit Value to provide me with proof that I authorized a withdrawal from my account of $18.99 on May 6, 2022 in response to an application for a short term loan. I received a response on May 17th to my second email, telling me We can send you a copy of your agreement when you subscribed to us. Thats exactly what I had requested twice, and requested again in my response that day. As of May 25th, I still have not received a copy of an agreement. I cant get a refund from my bank and Ive now paid a stop payment fee to try and avoid future unauthorized withdrawals. Credit Value looks reputable and legitimate online, but appears to be phishing for financial info rather than providing any credit reporting or building services.

I to have credit Value *** money from my account when I absolutely did not sign up for any such thing. I dont understand how this company is allowed to continue. The individuals that are running the company should be charged and serve jail time. I have tried contacting credit Value through email. But surprise they do not reply. By the sheer number of people here complaining about the exact same thing having money *** from their bank accounts by credit value should clearly show enough evidence to warrant some sort of investigation. Im going to any news outlets that will listen to me about credit value and I hope that others on here will do the same. This is absolutely disgusting that a company is getting away with *** right out of peoples accounts. Life is difficult enough right now for most people with the rising cost of everything from groceries to rent. Now to top it off we have to worry about companies going right into your bank accounts and stealing your money. Thats too far

This company is a *** this company is a *** they say you've signed up for a membership with their company so they take $18.99 I would a week out of your bank account. I personally don't remember signing up for any membership fee I did inquire about the company but I did not authorize anything to come out of my bank account I actually told the people I was not interested in their services when I realized what they were. But they still took the $18.99 for the membership fee for a week that is. Not only did they take it once they took it twice and this is after I spoke to the people and told him I wanted nothing to do with their company and they still proceeded to take another $18.99 into my bank account. These people are *** they're only out to *** people it's unfortunate because they're supposed to be there to help people and all they're doing is ripping people off their dirty *** they should be in jail. Even after speaking with them they still continue to tell me that I'm a member I said well what services have you provided me as a member for taking two payments of $18.99 out of my bank account? They've provided me with absolutely nothing nothing they're taking $18.99 out of my bank account and I'm sure many others a week and not providing any *** services this is a scam these people are crooks I hope you go to jail for *** and probably *** as well you need to be audited. I gave you one star only because I wasn't able to write a review without putting at least one star down but you don't deserve any you are the worst company I have ever ever heard of. And PS I will get my money back you *** my words unlike you I'm not a *** nor a *** but I do believe in karma.

Horrible horrible horrible. How on earth can you get away with scams like this? It would seem that I had a similar experience with them as everyone one else on this list. And if I could give zero stars I would. I've been dealing with my bank over this for over a week to come to solutions on how I'm going to see any of the money that has now been charged plus the amount of fees I am liable to pay now is disgusting! I like everyone else did applications for loans cause I'm BROKE and I would not under any circumstances agree to pay some credit company for a membership at this time cause I'm broke and I'm on DISABILITY! Now not only have we worked on cutting them off from taking money by adding a stop payment, somehow they still did and every single time they do the money they take is not in the account so I get not only an NSF but then the money comes back with a return NSF of 48 dollars on top of the *** and other fees that my bank charges and can only accommodate the reversal of to half the amount being scammed from me. This is absolutely gross, how on earth is this business even around if there is this much background of the same experience? Now I'm almost $150 in my overdraft which by the way I don't even have an overdraft so all that is coming out of my fixed cheque and the one I only get once a month. To see they said "we are absolutely gutted when we don't meet your expectations" or whatever the *** line was is insulting and I have to be put back yet again this month cause I was simply doing some applications to get by, you know like the basics of food, toilet paper, simple but very much important things. But thanks Credit value cause now I'll be in the same situation this month cause I have to pay out my account and CLOSE IT to stop you from taking out more. What kind of membership charges you *** weekly? A membership to a gym in H not a agency claiming to help people with their credit so whatever it is you are trying to market, you're gross, you lack ethic, integrity, humanity, and how anyone in the know of what you do to people can sleep at night is disgraceful. I'll make sure to give as many helpful reviews as I can elsewhere in addition to this cause you've really taken advantage of too many already but you took money from someone disabled and the ramifications of that in fees is too much and I'll make sure your business is well known for how they conduct it.

Several months ago, I noticed an unfamiliar automatic withdrawal. At the time I assumed I knew what it was and made what I thought were the necessary changes to resolve the problem.

I suffer from clinical depression and spent the next few months in an extreme low, and as a result didn’t notice that the problem hadn’t been solved and the unauthorized withdrawals had continued.

At present, there’s been 24 of these transactions totaling $455.76.

I want this money returned and a stop put to the transactions.

Hi my name is Brianna Johnson I'm am contacting the better business barrow as I never signed up with or never gave u permission to take out 18.99. Every two weeks out of my bank account. I had notified my bank and about to go to the police station as well to have you, s charged with fraud. So as of to this date you have stole $227.88 and the 16.95=$203.40 so you have stole 431.00 in total. I do not appreciate it as I a single mother raising five kids and cannot afford you to be taking money out of my account so I will be closing my account down as well. thanks for frauding me and wish you would just stop what ur doing.. I started applying for loans online in about May of 2023. I kept noticing my account going well bellow -$150 quite often. More recently it has gone down to -$450 and i have bills to pay. My mom did some investigating and it turns out the scam of a company is Credit Value. I looked between may and now and have noticed well over 20 charges and nsf fees because of them

I was under the understanding that I was applying for a loan, over a year ago in 2022. I kept noticing that I was having NSF charges on my bank account and was unaware where this was coming from, as I investigated further I came to THE realization that it was coming from a company called credit value which they were debiting $18.99 out of my bank account each month and I would end up with an NSF charge of $40 every month as well on top of the $18.99 payment that they were debiting out of my account. I cannot keep affording to pay the NSF fees Of $40, I have tried to contact them they have no contact info no nothing please help

I started noticing for real in the last 2 months the charge that just kept coming up credit value. I thought it was maybe a convenience store that I did business with but I have now found 17 charges for $18.99 over the last 4 months. I have never heard of these people but I do do business with a payday loan company and that seems to be the issue. You know this kind of stuff has got to stop. These people are making enough money already most of the time. They're not even licensed lenders and I mean it just is taking advantage. The reason I noticed it tonight is because they put me in an overdraft position and my checks are going to bounce. This has got to stop. This is way too much money to be taking from people on a regular basis. I don't know who they are or where they are but they have not got my permission to take anything from my account and I'm demanding it back or I'm contacting the authorities. Actually I'm going to file a complaint with the ministry anyway.

Absolutely disgusting "company." They prey on people who are in a financially desperate situation. They claim they send you a contract and that you agree. I did not provide my signature or authorize my account to be debited a fee, They have been taking money from my account even after I asked them to stop and reported them. Their website is also reported as blacklisted and a known phishing site. They laugh at you when you call in a panic. They don't care that they cost people NSF fee with the bank. They know what they're doing is wrong. I had applied for a loan with them and was denied AND NO WHERE in the fine print did I agree to have $18.99 from me every few days. What they are doing is illegal.

I just noticed in my bank account that 18.99 had been taken out twice this month with both costing me NSF charges. I called the company and talked to one of their un helpful customer service reps who informed me that I had 2 accounts. I tried to get across to him on what reason would i have taken out 2 accounts to do the exact same thing and he tried to put the blame on me. I again said to him that why would I do this and basically throw $20 away every month, He continued to blame me so i told him I wanted both accounts closed immediately, that they do not take any more funds out of my account. I believe that this is fraudulent activity by this company and would really like it investigated.

I have never heard of this company and you guy took money out of my account. You guys need to reverse this transaction and give me the nsf charge I am going to receive. I by no means signed up for any services with you guys and I am being charged $18.99. I checked my bank account today and noticed a charge for Credit value bpy and I said what is that? I googled it and it brought me here. I would like this illegal transaction transferred back to me and the account canceled as I did not open or give permission to access my banking Information.

I have not subscribed to your service, nor was I made aware of any payments coming from my account to you via email, phone or any other communication messages. I am not sure how you got access to my banking information, but I have filed a complaint and initiated an investigation into this with my bank regarding this matter. I have also made a complaint to the better business bureau as well as the Ontario ombudsman. This can be rectified by simply returning the amount of $18.99 for which you illegally withdrew from banking account. I also request that you cease and desist with any further and future payments. Please ensure that this is completed promptly so I can advise all parties that this issue has been rectified. Otherwise, I will commence with the actions above as well as any other legal means necessary.

Scammers. Have been taking $18.99 out of my account without authorization every 2 weeks since July. Unethical practices and deceptive service description. I want all charges reversed and to be removed completely from this company’s files and contacts.

I was charged 18.99 on my account and not signed anything contracts and have not authorized payment to be withdrawn from my bank account especially from my business account. I want my money back. back in march I was looking for an online personal loan, I found credit value and the person I spoke with on the phone did mention the rent reporting which I respectfully declined as I needed to make rent and not get roped into another bill. I signed some papers and then I was told I dont qualify for a loan. Couple months later I notice 18.99 coming out of my account every week. I have tried reaching out to the company with no response. Better Business Bereua reached out on my behalf also with no response. I read the "contract" in my email that i signed unknowing to what it fully was thinking it was to get aproved for a loan. anyways the guys are scammers and Im just looking for my money back. cheers.

Hi so I have never actually physically myself signed up for refit value but I have them taking multiple payments from my bank account un authorized by me twice. They all of the sudden had shown up out of no where and I am very in happy with this. I don’t use their services nor would I ever pay 18.99 a week for something I don’t ever need in my life either.

Hi, I was lookkng for a payday loan as I was in need of some emergency cash.

I signed up expecting a pre approval for a loan. But got charged instead.

But I haven't recieve any confirmation and or email about the charges and fees.

I have sent an email requesting for a membership cancellation.

I don't expect a refund I just need to cancel my membership

I cancelled this back in Feb but noticed I'm still after all this time still being charged for this service that I initially thought was for a payday loan. I'm emailed many times and still getting charged and it taking all my money I usually put into savings away now.

So not.only was I wrongfully told way I was signing for I be also been taken for hundreds of dollars.and for a single mom with 3 kids and no help at all elsewhere it means a lot to have that much go out of my income.
