Great company with great customer service. Movers were friendly and efficient. They took care of our belongings with care and got the job done in a reasonable time. If I ever had to move again would definitely use them again.

They were pleasent and joy to work with and were able to get all the complicated insurance paperwork for my building with no problem. P was careful when moving the furniture into my place and was able to assemble my bed frame with no problem.

Moving companies are not cheap, but sometimes you just need to pay that bit more for peace of mind. These removal men were friendly and extremely efficient. They were very respectful to my Autistic son, who was moving and was much stressed. Excellent service, on time, and very careful of all belongings. I had a great experience with Unlimited Moving and storage and would use them again for any future deliveries.

If I could give less than half a star I would. Many people told me not to hire a local Tampa moving service but I trusted(joke) the reviews per ComplaintsBoard.com. I was charged extra for 10 boxes even though I stated I might have 50. Then I was charged over 500 for a " shuttle " to my home because the drive got stuck. Never ever use this company. They will drain you dry. Go with a reputable big company instead. I should have gone with atlas or van lines. The good reviews are a big scam.

We are so disappointed by the moving service that Unlimited Moving provided. Please don't use them if you have other choices.
During moving, they have broken several furniture and damaged the ceiling/wall of our rental house, and after moving we have noticed missing items such as X-box, high pressure washer, and a big box labeled with "Alexa". However, the worst thing is that this has happened 40 days ago and we have called/emailed them many many times, but no one called us back or did anything to deal with it! Every time after I described what had happened to us, the customer support just told me that someone is going to call me back but it never happened. I have wasted so much time on it and just wanted to share our experience to you, so that you won't feel frustrated/helpless like we do now. If possible, please don't use them.
