Third time with cruise line. They always keep information from travelers until you are either on the ship or in hotel. Keeps you hostage to remain on cruise. New cut back for this year is to treat returners with less laundry service. One time only and 48 hours before disembarking but we dont know when the ship will trade with another ship, surprise after getting to hotel. The one nice thing about cruises is unpack once, but not this time! Poor customer service. Food has declined, offering of lunch. Found someone else’s luggage in our cabin? How can that happen? Poor training but premium cost to customer. Last time with Uniworld for us! I see no reason to pay more with Uniworld when the service and offerings have declined.
Recommendation: Why pay more when Uniworld provides less.
