Universal Windows Direct review: Repair of broken storm door for eight months now .

Had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed over the past two years. The tune of $20,000.00. Front storm door cylinder was ripped away from door frame in dec.2021. After numerous complaints, still no repair. So much for the l severalifetime warranty. In addition sliding glass door frame/trim is still unfinished. Eight months been getting the run around! Several calls and e-mails, no results.. More excuses.
