He will 100% ruin your home build, can't follow a plan, puts in the cheapest junk when you paid for the best to steal as much money from contract as he can. This builder has a License at 30% in the state of FL. He will 100% steal as much money from your contract as he can. windows leaked he knew and did not fix, A/C leaked under unit 4 months he would not fix. Both showers leaked under tile no shower pans. on and on. Not even close to plan. Palm Coast Inspectors can't be held liable so they just sign off on a house with major problems and the builder and your money are gone.
