Yelp.com review: Do not recommend - koons buick gmc of woodbridge

I purchased a 2026 HummerEV from Koons Buick GMC Woodbridge on Richmond Hwy.
Before taking the 30-mile trip, I specifically asked the salesperson for the RED tow hooks and emblems. The salesperson indicated they could get the parts and have them put on. I thought it would just be included in the purchase price. That was not true, and to date, I never received the items. The salesperson(s) did not go over the vehicle's operation, especially charging. Mind you, this is my first EV. To date, I have not found the correct charging cable for my truck. Still trying to figure that out. Also, I never received a follow-up call on how the vehicle was going. No concern, just out to make a deal. The truck was delivered with less than 30% of the 80% required charge. The salesperson(s) and GM were more concerned with achieving an all "excellent" survey rating than with my satisfaction with the purchase. Needless to say, that excellent satisfaction rating was not accomplished. I will never purchase another vehicle nor recommend Koons Buick GMC of Woodbridge. Big DISAPPOINTMENT!
