My encounter with URVL and their pricing structure was truly phenomenal. Their rates were not just impressively moderate, but their transparency and fairness were striking. Never did I experience the sensation of being burdened with superfluous charges or shelling out for services that I didn't require. Collaborating with a company that genuinely prioritizes offering value for the cost felt refreshingly novel.

When an unexpected turn of events required me to quickly move to Pittsburgh, this team truly excelled in ensuring my last-minute relocation went off without a hitch.

With merely seven days at my disposal for the move, I made sure to convey my tight timeline to them right from the onset. However, given the volume of belongings I had, which necessitated meticulous packing, the entire process extended by an additional day. Despite this minor delay, the rest of the operation was executed seamlessly.

Having been away for a while, my spouse required a moving team to relocate her extensive collection of art supplies and apparatus to her new workspace. Although I had enlisted their services previously and found them satisfactory, I never left a review. However, my wife continues to sing praises about their consummate professionalism. Their meticulous packing and securing of her fragile items left quite the impression on her. It's evident that if they can meet her exacting standards, they certainly warrant a commendatory review. Their expertise in their field is undeniable. I will persist in recommending them and engaging their services whenever the need arises.

Truly, I can't cease raving about the exceptional cordiality that this team extended towards me. Could it be that I was the sole recipient of such distinguished service? Their approach was engaging, filled with captivating conversation, and entirely free from any awkwardness. While the idea of letting complete unknowns into one's abode may feel odd, this crew simply puts you at peace. Their interpersonal skills are as impressive as their adeptness in dealing with the items they handle.

If you're need a moving company that understands the emotional aspect of moving and provides unwavering support, these guys are the go to. Moving from Chicago to Denver was a mix of excitement and anxiety for me but for some weird reason. When the team showed up at my doorstep. Maybe it was their friendly faces and smiles or the way they made everything feel normal. Maybe it was the teamwork. i dont know what it is but, they just made me feel a lot more at ease. thank you guys for making my move a lot better than i ever imagined it would be.

Dealing with this company has been a living hell. Do your research before using them. They did eventually show up 2 days late and we were there when they loaded up, we left fully expecting them to be not long behind us but after a few days in our new state we received a call that they had not left Albuquerque and would not do so until we forked out another $1700 because as they insisted they had to ship another 400 cubic square feet.

Here is where it gets interesting. We had two 5x10 storage units. The max capacity for each unit is 400 cubic square feet so with two units that is 800 cubic square feet. I can’t lift over my head that far since I’m short so the boxes didn’t reach the ceiling and I left room to navigate inside the rooms so I was far below 800 cubic square feet so where in the hell did they get another 400 cubic square feet.

No matter how we tried to explain it to them, they refused to listen. We tried calling the company themselves and left messages but they were ignored. We were trapped, they literally said they wouldn’t bring our stuff unless we paid more money, so we had to pay it.

We were told they couldn’t drive more than four hours at a time when they left as soon as we paid yet miraculously, they made it to Virginia within a day and a half.

The people that dropped off our stuff came with flip flops and wanted another $1000 to bring it into the storage unit. We refused, they called the manager and he threatened to throw our stuff in the street so we had to get a different unit and said we would unload it ourselves. We got a single 8 by 30 unit that is 60 cubic square feet less than what we had before and lo and behold, it all fit in there.

As soon as they opened the doors of the truck, we knew most of our stuff was damaged. No care at all was taken with anything. All the boxes were crushed. Gaming tables were broken with legs bent. Credenzas and other items were damaged beyond repair.

We had to unload that truck, we were scammed out of $1700, and they don’t even have a claims department for the damaged items. We’ve emailed and called but no one responds.

Go with a reliable company, don’t give these people your business. If I had done better research, I would have seen the complaints and even a news article about this company.
