I have just learned that in June of 2024 my insurance coverage was CANCELLED without my consent or knowledge. However, UnitedHealthcare has continued to deduct the monthly premium from my bank account every month since then. Not only have I been without healthcare coverage since 2024 but am still without coverage because they refuse to reinstate coverage until 01 November 2026. This would be considered FRAUD, would it not?

Desired outcome: Now it is up to me to submit bank statements dating back to June 2024 to date to prove the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I would appreciate an immediate refund and immediate reinstatement of my medical insurance coverage.
